Yoga taught in English

In these English taught yoga sessions all levels are welcome. The teaching style is hatha yoga, which includes practice of postures and breathing exercises. The aim is to make you stronger and more balanced in body and mind.  

A class will typically consist of; Sun salutations with variations and flow, Yoga postures, Breathing exercises and a final relaxation. 

The classes adds on to each other and will allow you to progress at your own pace.
