Authentic Indian food

The aim of this course is to learn to make the Indian cuisine.

This course will cover some of the common but spicy and delicious foods that food lovers can learn, practice and cook at home. 

The course will teach dishes that not only come from Indian kitchen but also have links with Bengali spicy tradition. 

Having 12 years of cooking experience of Indian foods, The teacher will make things easy for you to learn the basic Indian dishes. 

Every participant needs to bring an apron and an additional fee of DKK 50 for the ingredients in each class.

The course will be conducted in English but questions can be answered in both English and Danish.
