This course is for everyone, no matter how experienced you are. Beginners are very welcome, just as long as you want to give yourself a chance to be more at peace.

In times when we are suffering, worrying or thinking about mistakes in our lives, we tend to be too hard on ourselves.
In this class, you will learn to motivate yourself into self-compassion. You will learn how to treat yourself kindly and how to transform difficult or bad relationships with yourself and others into something good.
