Happy and Healthy Body Pilates

Learn the fundamental and proper techniques of Pilates utilizing your body weight and small props in this all-level 60-minute mat Pilates class.

Find your ideal alignment and progress through exercises that activate your core and challenge the entire body in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. Mobilize the spine and increase your postural and muscular awareness especially after the sitting, hunching and slumping that we tend to do throughout the day.

Use the basis of Pilates to minimize risk of injury, eliminate back pain, increase mental fitness and perform better in your favorite sports and your daily tasks. Feel strong, elongated and energized while building a healthy and happy body.   The class is kept small so each participant benefits from individual attention and assisted stretching.  

Should you have a health condition and/or an old injury, it is vital that you inform the instructor at the beginning of the season.

Lær grundlæggende Pilates med de korrekte teknikker ved hjælp af din kropsvægt og små rekvisitter. Du vil føle dig stærk, langstrakt og energisk, mens du opbygger en sund og glad krop. Der er max 10 deltagere på holdet, så hver deltager nyder godt af individuel opmærksomhed og assisteret udstrækning. Hvis du har fysiske udfordringer og / eller en gammel skade, er det vigtigt, at du underretter instruktøren i begyndelsen af sæsonen.
