Yoga - Tal Kita

Undervisningen foregår på engelsk. Der øves stående yogastillinger, skulderøvelser, drejninger og foroverbøjninger. Fokus på kroppens lige linjer og åndedrættet. 

In this course we will continue and develop the basic postures and will explore new ones. From standing strength, forward bending with an inner look,  shoulders opening, balance positions and backward bending. We will also focus on the yoga breathing and meditation. The course is open for beginners and more advanced participants.
