Confi Dance is all about being confident with our bodies and how we move.
We will start with simple basic dance moves to get comfortable and progress to create short choreographies, that will make us feel amazing while we dance. This style is a combination of dance and body positivity, that will hopefully translate to your everyday life.
Come and join us for a dance, that will put a smile on your face.
We wear indoor workout shoes for this class.
Please note that the class will be taught in English.

My name is Karolina and I'm a dancer from the Czech Republic.
I have been dancing all my life and I tried many different styles from show, street, disco, and hip hop, through latino and classical dancing until I ended up teaching various dance styles for past 10 years.
Currently, I am teaching Pop Dance and Confi Dance at FOF. I am a very outgoing, cheerful and passionate person who is up for any fun, and can't wait to teach you some new dance moves.
