Traditional Indian Cuisine
This course is for those who love to eat spicy food and want to learn Indian dishes and traditional recipes (e.g. Beef Tehari, Mughlai paratha, Butter Nan).
The course will cover some of the traditional Indian dishes that food lovers in Aalborg can learn, cook and taste.
With a long experience of cooking and the knowledge of Danish culture, the teacher promises to make the Indian food cooking easy and enjoyable.
The course comprises 5 lessons, and each participant will need to bring an apron and an additional fee of DKK 50 for ingredients in each class.
The course shall be conducted in English and, if necessary, in Danish.
