In this course you will get a nice introduction of different types of tasty tarts.
We are going to use many different ingredients, taste a lot and you will get to know many different techniques.
We will make things like red fruit tart with homemade marshmallows, raspberry coulis and berry bavarois.
The class will be taught in english.
