In over 20 years I've worked in gastronomy in various sections: waiter, chef and dishwasher. I've had the possibility to meet many different types of people and characters.
My experience as teacher mostly come from practical side. First helping with setting up the courses for a school in France, then doing it myself in Austria and other countries. Nowadays I'm a pastry chef with the ability to transfer my passion for sweets to my students with different backgrounds, improving their skills and giving them exceptional knowledge in this sector.
