In this one-day cookery course, you will learn how to prepare and cook a tasty and authentic Vietnamese feast taught by an experienced Vietnamese chef. Before we start the teacher will give you a brief presentation on traditional Vietnamese cuisine and its culture, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions. Then we will cook 3 course meal from starter, main dish and dessert:
After that we will sit and enjoy the food together. It’s a hand-on cooking class, so you will learn to make every dish from scratch, step by step, not a short-cut type. The class is conducted in English, but the teacher is able to explain things in Danish.
