Mindfulness and meditation retreat

You had a mindfulness course or you practice mindfulness or meditation on your own, and you want to deepen your practice. This day is an opportunity for you to do this without needing to travel to a remote place.

We will go through different meditations, mindful yoga and movement. This type of practice is usually very impactful for the participants, bringing more awareness and self-discovery.

Beginners are welcome as well and are advised to have a dialogue with the teacher before registering.
