Self-compassion Day Retreat

During this retreat, in a safe and relaxed space, you will experience different self-compassion practices to support or deepen your practice or simply discover the self-compassion practice. You will be guided through both static and dynamic self-compassion meditations.

There will be little dialogue, the focus being on the inner dialogue. The retreat is for everyone, no matter if you have or have not practiced self-compassion before. During the retreat you will experience more loving kindness towards yourself, as well as calm and peace of mind.
