Hatha yoga

Ophobede spændinger løsnes, og din vitalitet og energi genskabes.

Teknikken er klassisk hatha yoga med yogastillinger, der retter kroppen ud og modvirker den stivhed, som giver dårlig ryg, hovedpine og nakkespændinger.

Vi træner også åndedrættet, der er afgørende for en stærk, blød og smidig krop og en god mental balance.

Vi afslutter med afspænding.

Hatha Yoga

Any tension accumulated in your body is released and your energy and vitality are restored. In classic hatha yoga, poses align the body and counteract the stiffness that causes back pain, headaches, and neck tension.

We also practise breathing techniques, which are essential for a strong, flexible, and tension-free body as well as good physical and mental balance.

Every class ends with relaxation.

Bruno Grgic Bartulic

Uddannelse: He has a degree in International Relations and has been teaching yoga since 2001. In his travels to India, he studied Ashtanga directly with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Vedanta Swami Dayananda Saraswati. He regularly writes about yoga for yogasp.com and for Yoga Journal Brasil Magazine.

Andet: Bruno Grgic Bartulic was born in São Paulo, Brazil. He practiced gymnastics in childhood and has always been enrolled with extreme sports such as surfing, rock climbing and jiu-jitsu.

Bruno Bartulic has been located away from Brazil since 2008 and has lived in Croatia, France, Portugal. He currently lives in Copenhagen, where he – besides teaching –  is studing Social Enterpreneurship at Roskilde University. He's fluent in Portuguese, English and French.
