This course is geared towards advanced students of English, who are interested in developing both their speaking and writing at a high level. We will spend time in class exploring more complex subject matter and therefore expanding our vocabulary. For example we will be discussing and debating current events as well as reading longer news articles. There will also be weekly written assignments.
Rather than focusing on grammar in this class, we will instead be working towards improving the students’ spoken fluency and adding nuance to their language skills.
