Vinyasa Flow for beginners - in English - Hammel

This Vinyasa Flow for beginners (every one is welcome, of course!) is based on the Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga traditions, focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance and mental clarity.

An emphasis is placed on self-care and linking of breath with movements. In this class we'll begin to introduce new ideas and develop body parts and open up the spaces in our body so we can move according to our level of strength and flexibility for that day. No advanced skills are needed to participate in this class.

Each class will have a slightly different focus in terms of the skills and body parts we are addressing. The main focus here is to develop awareness of your postures and different parts of your body so you can expand into new postures and variations, we will end the class with a gentle yin stretch so we can continue with our day feeling more loose and with a more relaxed mind and body.

This yoga class is taught in English.
