Join this in-depth childbirth preparation training course where you gain thorough knowledge and intensive practice with the tools:
Calm breathing, graduated breathing, and panting breathing
Labour/birthing positions
Relaxation and visualization
Massage techniques and other support options for the partner
In the couples’ classes, in addition to the above, there is extra focus on how the partner can support the person giving birth, and how you as a couple can prepare for the birth.
