In this course, you’ll learn essential techniques and principles — and by the end, you’ll have crafted and enjoyed two delicious ramen flavors. You'll master the art of creating two flavorful types of ramen: Pork Broth Soy Sauce and Miso. Alongside the ramen, you'll also prepare a few small side dishes with an emphasis on balancing flavors. Throughout the course, you’ll also gain valuable insights into Japanese food culture and ingredients.

As a result, this course may not be ideal for you if you are seeking traditional Japanese recipes. If you are vegetarian or vegan, please contact the instructor in advance to discuss possible alternatives. The course is conducted in english.
