Embark on a culinary adventure across Asia in this special three-evening cooking class series. Each evening, we will dive into the rich flavors, techniques, and traditions of Thai, Japanese, and Vietnamese cuisine. 

What you will learn

Thai Cuisine
Thai food is a beautiful balance of spicy, sour, sweet, and salty flavors. You will learn how to create two of Thailand’s most beloved dishes:

  • Tom Yum (hot and sour soup)
  • Pad Thai (stir-fried noodles)

Japanese Cuisine
Japanese cuisine is known for its simplicity, depth of flavor, and artistic presentation. In this class, we will make:

  • Tonkatsu (crispy pork cutlet)
  • Japanese vegetarian curry

Vietnamese Cuisine
Vietnamese food is famous for its fresh herbs, vibrant flavors, and comforting dishes. Discover the taste of Vietnam through:

  • Bánh Xèo (crispy Vietnamese savory pancakes)
  • Bò Kho (aromatic beef stew)

Requirements for the Course

This hands-on course is perfect for food lovers of all levels - come as you are and enjoy three evenings of fun, flavor, and new skills in the kitchen!
