Would you like to venture into the fascinating world of sewing through the gateway of responsible and sustainable upcycling?
Learn how to sew, create your own style and give new life to textiles through upcycling! In this class you will be working with this amazing creative outlet and learn how to sew, feel comfortable with a sewing machine and see different sewing aspects and techniques. We will explore different patterns and upcycle fabrics together and empower our own creativity and imagination. Let's get creative!
You will be attending an exclusive course with the french designer from Hôtel Vetements herself. She has a specialized degree in sustainable fashion, upcycling and natural fabric dye and a true passion for sharing and transmitting the knowledge she has accumulated over the years in the industry.
This is a class for students with no previous sewing experience.
There are sewing machines on site, but feel free to bring your own tools. You bear the expenses yourself for miscellaneous materials.
