I am Debora an Italian chef from Italy, I grew up with flour in my hands, cooking everyday for family and friends.
My professional training began in London at the famous French cooking school Le Cordon Bleu, where I mastered all the most advanced cooking techniques and graduated with the highest marks. This allowed me to experience a multicultural environment and meet people from all over the world, realizing that Italian cuisine is the most beloved in the world.
I subsequently worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants as a chef de cuisine, honing my fine dining skills and gaining greater experience working with Gordon Ramsey's team. I've also appeared on several TV cooking shows.
Afterwards, I received an offer to work at a prestigious cooking school in Italy, Boscolo Etoile Academy, teaching young chefs and leading courses for non-professionals in English language. It was a fantastic experience to see people learning while having fun and spending quality time together. At this point in my career, I understood that what I really wanted was to dedicate myself to people who wish to learn traditional Italian cuisine, inviting them to take home a precious memory of my culture and my heart.
Over the years, I have tested and shared countless recipes and now I am bringing my experience to this course guiding you to relax and enjoy the authentic taste of Italy.
I will offer a deeper look into traditional Italian cooking techniques, high-quality ingredients and the stories behind every dish.
