Om Tam Thanh Nguyen

I teach Vietnamese language and share knowledge of Vietnamese culture and society with non-Vietnamese learners. I have over 20 years of teaching experience and have worked as a lecturer, associate professor and dean within international trade and business law.

Education

I graduated as a Bachelor of Law from Hanoi Law University, as Master of International Law from Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and obtained my PhD of Law from Hanoi Law University. I was trained to teach at Hanoi Law University, University of the West of England, and Copenhagen Business School.

Other professional qualifications

I am fluent in English and French, and I can communicate in Danish. Vietnamese is my mother tongue. I am a researcher specializing in Vietnam's foreign trade policy and law, education reform, human resource training and capacity building, and international trade and business law.

Teaching experience

For over 20 years, I worked for Hanoi Law University in Vietnam as Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of International Trade and Business Law. I taught Vietnamese language and culture for non-Vietnamese learners in Vietnam and Honduras as an additional job. At FOF København & Nordsjælland I am sharing my passion and knowledge with learners in Denmark.
