I am educated as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Exercise Coach, and Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach.
I am a qualified instructor in TRX training, core and back strengthening/conditioning, Swiss ball training, Swiss ball training for rehabilitation, osteoporosis prevention and management, strength training, and strength training for older adults.
I have worked as a personal trainer since 2005 and have also taught a wide range of fitness classes over the years.
I am British and was born in 1957. My aim is to help my clients achieve and maintain a fit and healthy body that supports a long, active, and independent life for many years to come.
