Swahili – niveau A1

The Swahili A1 course is an intermediate course which enables learners to:

• Carry on a conversation and read shorter texts in Swahili.
• Interpret both literary and non-literary texts, including spoken and written.
• Formulate and analyze complex sentences in Swahili.
• Write clear, concise, grammatically correct, and accurately spelled text.

Our teaching emphasizes on interaction with the language, while drawing upon leaner's prior knowledge and experiences. We mostly use Communicative Language Teaching Method; the use of language effectively in real-life situations.

To participate you must have completed Swahili for Beginners Course or in other way have gained a basic understanding of Swaihili Language. If you’re in doubt whether you meet the requirements of the class, you're welcome to contact the teacher.

Important information

The language of instruction is in English, but you are welcome to ask questions in Danish.
