Homemade pasta has minimal ingredients, no additives or preservatives, making it the healthiest choice for you and your family.
Learn how to make egg pasta dough, roll it perfectly and model it into simple classic shapes like tagliolini, fettuccine, pappardelle, maltagliati, lasagna sheets.
Experience the world of ravioli with filling and multiple shape options, including classic square ravioli or cappelletti.
Master the art of the hand rolled pici, traditional Tuscan hand rolled spaghetti made with just flour and water.
Challenge yourself with more advanced techniques using my tips and secrets to create fusilli or orecchiette.
The class includes making classic sauce like ragù bolognese, tomato and basil, amatriciana, burro e salvia.

A fee of 100 DKK per session will be added to cover the cost of ingredients. This amount is settled directly with the instructor.
Join for a great hands-on cooking experience where we’ll create delicious, fresh pasta together, gaining the skills to recreate everything at home: experience is not required, just passion and desire to learn.
After cooking we’ll gather around the table to enjoy our pasta together.
I am Debora an Italian chef from Italy, I grew up with flour in my hands, cooking everyday for family and friends.
My professional training began in London at the famous French cooking school Le Cordon Bleu, where I mastered all the most advanced cooking techniques and graduated with the highest marks. This allowed me to experience a multicultural environment and meet people from all over the world, realizing that Italian cuisine is the most beloved in the world.
I subsequently worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants as a chef de cuisine, honing my fine dining skills and gaining greater experience working with Gordon Ramsey's team. I've also appeared on several TV cooking shows.
Afterwards, I received an offer to work at a prestigious cooking school in Italy, Boscolo Etoile Academy, teaching young chefs and leading courses for non-professionals in English language. It was a fantastic experience to see people learning while having fun and spending quality time together. At this point in my career, I understood that what I really wanted was to dedicate myself to people who wish to learn traditional Italian cuisine, inviting them to take home a precious memory of my culture and my heart.
Over the years, I have tested and shared countless recipes and now I am bringing my experience to this course guiding you to relax and enjoy the authentic taste of Italy.
I will offer a deeper look into traditional Italian cooking techniques, high-quality ingredients and the stories behind every dish.
