Impressionism with Oils - Summer

Embark on a journey of vibrant hues and fleeting moments as you delve into the world of Impressionism with oils.

The course focuses on learning how natural light outdoors plays a role in the landscape. The purpose is to provide you with knowledge of capturing the qualities of light, color and atmosphere with small, rapid brushstrokes.

As a participant in this course, you will get to experience a specific painting style using oils – a style focused on understanding the light in the composition.

Requirements for the Course

Impressionism with oils - summer is intended for people who have never tried painting impressionism before. They may or may not have previous experience with oil paint.

Practical Information

You need to bring your own materials (pencils, charcoals, oil paints, brushes, palette, and especially tripods if weather is nice; we'll paint outside). The teacher provides a list of materials via email before the course. You also need to wear old clothes when painting. Furthermore, please note that the course is conducted in English.
