We will practise a variety of exercises that strengthen and tone your entire body with focus on your core and back. We will also do exercises that improve your balance, coordination, flexibility and stability.
This workout will help you get in good condition and improve your posture. We will include weight bearing exercises to strengthen muscle mass and increase bone density, to help prevent them from diminishing as we age.
