This intensive IELTS (The International English Language Testing System) Academic course is for people who are already at English B1/B2 level or above. The course aims to give each student the certainty of achieving a good IELTS score, which a free IELTS course cannot. The course is limited to a number of 6 people to make sure you get to be thoroughly prepared for the test.
The course particularly focuses on the Writing section and (to a lesser extent) the Speaking section including the vocabulary and grammar needed. The students will have the opportunity to practice every type of writing and have guidance on how to improve.
While guidance will be given for the Reading and Listening sections, the students will need to practice these as homework to free up class time.
Before the beginning of the Course we ask all Students to buy the following Coursebook that is available from several online bookshops: Focus on IELTS New Edition Coursebook/iTest CD-Rom Pack (Pearson Longman).
