Ramen isn’t the only noodle in Japan! In this class, you'll learn how to make udon — thick, chewy Japanese white noodles — from scratch in a fun and authentic way. We’ll also prepare traditional sauces like tsukejiru (dipping sauce) and kakejiru (hot soup), along with crispy tempura and kakiage (mixed vegetable fritters).
This course is perfect for vegetarians, and all dishes will be made together as a group. Let’s enjoy the heart of Japanese home cooking — simple, delicious, and full of flavor!
