Stretch and tone

In this class, we will focus on improving stability and mobility through a series of stretching and strengthening exercises.

Taking inspiration from yoga, pilates, and barre, we will move through a sequence of low-impact exercises that gently challenge your physicality. Modifications for exercises will always be available, making this class open to everyone, regardless of physical ability!
