If so, join us for an immersive culinary experience where you'll learn to prepare authentic "home-style" Japanese dishes under the guidance of a skilled Japanese instructor.

In this interactive course, you will uncover the art of traditional cooking techniques, delve into the intricacies of flavor balance, and gain a deeper understanding of the cultural significance behind each dish.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to discover the delights of a typical Japanese breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which you may not encounter when dining out.

  • Yakisoba (fried noodles with a rich Japanese BBQ sauce)
  • Karaage (deep-fried chicken marinated in soy sauce)
  • Rice with seasoned seaweed and Miso soup
  • Cooked fish and vegetable side dishes for a traditional breakfast
