Heal trauma through yoga

We will use yoga to help discover what is holding us back from meeting life with confidence and assurance.
You will learn that it is not the specific yoga style that is important; it is the connection and the relationship you have with your body.
A strong sense of trust and support will evolve throughout the season, and we will invite the students to stand in their bodies and face the challenges they meet. This yoga style becomes a place to meet healing.

The teaching approach:
I base the teaching on leaded questions, invitation, and somatic movement exercise, which is a non-judgment approach to a yoga posture. It is not about getting somewhere specific but more about the meeting. The teaching will include an element of compassion therapy and mindfulness.
The classes are taught in English, but the students are free to speak Danish with the teacher.
