Vinyasa yoga’s fluid sequences promote a sense of harmony and balance, guiding you into a state of "flow". Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice with some experience, our supportive environment will help you connect body and mind.

In this course you will experience:

  • Improved fitness: The faster-paced, flowing sequences build endurance and cardiovascular health
  • Strengthened muscles: Dynamic movements engage core, upper, and lower body muscles, promoting balanced strength

Requirements for the Course

Our Vinyasa yoga class is designed for beginners to intermediate practitioners. The exercises can be adapted to the level which you feel comfortable in. If you have questions about your level, please feel free to contact FOF Aarhus or the teacher.

Practical information

Utilities and yoga mats will be available at the location. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own mat.

The course is conducted in english.

Lina Münker

During my education to become a yoga instructor at FOF in Aarhus, I gained practical teaching experience by leading smaller classes.

Additionally, I have extensive experience in supervising students within health and medical education contexts, including giving presentations and guiding thesis projects. This diverse background has strengthened my ability to effectively communicate and support learners.
